Directions

Single Pad Method:

  1. Clean floor thoroughly. Allow it to dry.
  2. Squeeze 3 to 5 inches (10 cm) of Gelcon onto floor. With a polishing pad, set a floor machine over Gelcon and proceed to polish. Use a 1000-3000 rpm machine for best results.

Double Pad Method:

  1. Remove any gross soil from floor. Dust mop thoroughly.
  2. Squeeze 3 to 5 inches (10 cm) of Gelcon onto floor. With a cleaning pad, set a floor machine over Gelcon and proceed to clean.
  3. After cleaning, polish the floor to a high gloss with a polishing pad.

Use of this product to deep clean prior to recoating is not recommended.

NOTE: For stripping and maintaining asbestos containing tile, follow OSHA guidelines or EPA guidelines.
COVERAGE: One quart covers up to 50,000 square feet (1 liter covers 315 m2).

Application Hints

  • Gelcon works great to clean and shine unfinished floors such as marble or studded rubber.
  • Glit’s Contour pads work especially well on studded rubber floors.
