Hello! We are Essential Industries’ Lab Team – Jay (Technical Director), Emily (R&D Chemist), Lindsay (R&D Chemist), John (Product Evaluation Chemist) and Melissa (R&D Chemist).
We are in charge of the research and development of new products and product lines as well as creating next generations of our current products. We evaluate new raw materials and work with the sales force to do field testing of new products to ensure their success. We find solutions that meet customer needs. For fun, we occasionally like to have bake-offs. 🍪
We don’t take the beakers home, but we bring the baked goods in! 🍰
