In January of this year, the state of Minnesota banned the sale, offer for sale and distribution for sale of cleaning products (including polishes and floor maintenance products) that contain intentionally added PFAS chemicals, in addition to 10 other product categories. (Minnesota Statute 116.943, Subd. 5a)
