Liquid Detergent produces rich, long lasting suds that cut through heavy food grease and grime. It leaves dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, pans and equipment parts sparkling clean. Special skin-softening ingredients reduce irritation and dryness to hands. Perfect for all kitchen and food preparation areas.
DIRECTIONS
Designed for use in multiple compartment sinks or in buckets for clean-in-place operations.
Dilute with water according to chart below:

APPLICATION
Proportioning Equipment: Insert concentrate into proportioner. Use the appropriate tip to deliver ¼ to ½ ounce per gallon (2-4 ml per liter). When suds are used up, refill sink or bucket with fresh detergent.
Manual: Dilute as listed above and apply to surface with a mop, rag or brush. Scrub surface and rinse with hot water.
For Food Plant Use: Food contact surfaces are to be rinsed with potable water before reuse.
