Guidelines for Dealing with Illness

If you have a normal cold, upset stomach, etc., do not come to work. Please stay home until your symptoms resolve:

If you have had close contact with someone who tests positive for COVID-19, please call your physician and follow their recommendations:

  1. Please call us at 262-538-1122 X 555
  2. You will be required to quarantine and you will not be permitted to come to the office through the quarantine period.
  3. You should contact your healthcare provider to seek guidance on being tested.
  4. After quarantine, you may return, assuming you have no symptoms.

If you or a family member has acute respiratory illness/COVID-19 symptoms (fever, cough)

  2. You should stay home
  3. You should call your healthcare provider before seeking treatment unless it’s an emergency
  4. You should follow your doctor’s guidance and stay home. You will not be permitted to come to the office until all of the following have occurred:
    1. You have had no fever for at least 72 hours (without the use of fever-reducing or symptom-altering medication)
    2. Other symptoms have improved (i.e. cough or shortness of breath)
    3. At least 7 days have passed since symptoms first appeared

If an employee tests positive for COVID-19

  2. You will be required to follow your doctor’s guidance and stay home. You will not be permitted to come to the office until the doctor’s release.
