Precise Flow Control

Applying the correct amount of floor finish in a consistent manner is the best way to improve your floor finishing results. With KaiMotion, the worker can control exactly how much solution goes onto the floor by using the flow control spigot in conjunction with the flow control fingers.

 

 

Smooth Application

With the KaiMotion flow control fingers set, the operator is ready to release finish in a U-shaped pattern onto the floor and fill in the work area with our revolutionary microfiber finishing pad and double-bend ergonomic handle. The result is a level, smooth coat with no bubbles or streaks.

 

 

Reduced Cost

KaiMotion saves you time and money in a number of ways:

  • No Waste - because the finish pads never touch the solution tank, unused finish can be returned to the original container.
  • Reduced Chemical Consumption - with precise flow control, floor finishes and cleaners are never overused or misused.
  • Time Savings - the KaiMotion finishes floors twice as fast as the traditional mop and bucket method. Using the KaiMotion to daily clean floors triples your labor savings over a standard 36" dust mop and 24 ounce wet mop.
  • Reduced Mop Consumption - microfiber pads can be used and laundered 300 times before replacement. Mops are often used for a couple of weeks before they become overloaded with soil and need replacement.

Microfiber Pad Technology

KaiMotion comes with two microfiber green finishing pads and five blue cleaning pads.

Finishing pads are specially designed to spread wax evenly and quickly – leaving no streaks or bubbles. They are easy-to-use and can be washed and reused up to 300 times.

The cleaning pad's flat surface and even pressure picks up more soil than dust mops and wet mops. Cleaner floors keep their shine longer and require less stripping. The super absorbency of the pad also means less moisture on the floor and faster dry times - reducing slip and fall incidences.
