Preparing Wood Floors For Recoating

Floor Preparation Method
Most
wood floors can be brought back to “like-new” with a simple
deep scrub and recoat process. This eliminates the messy and time-consuming
need for sanding, restripping, and applying multiple coats of seal and
finish. The following floor conditions will dictate the recommended
preparation method and finish:
