Preparing Wood Floors For Recoating

Wood Floor Preparation Method
Most wood floors can be brought back to “like-new” with a simple deep scrub and recoat process. This eliminates the messy and time-consuming need for sanding, restripping, and applying multiple coats of seal and finish. The following floor conditions will dictate the recommended preparation method and finish:

4 Heavy buildup, and/or extensive peeling, chipping. Extremely soiled and dark colored. Sanding may be necessary. Consult distributor before proceeding. #230
