General Directions**

1. PREPARE FLOOR: NOTE: This finish is not designed for application to bare wood floors. Use only on previously sealed surfaces.
   SCRUB AND RECOAT: Dust mop floor and remove all chewing gum and labels. Clean floor with a 8 ounce per gallon dilution of Citrus Scrub ‘N Shine (#525). Screen with a 120 grit screen, black or brown pad to sufficiently roughen floor. Tack or rinse the floor with Nu-Tral Cleaner (#507) until all residue has been removed.
   NOTE: Test previously coated floor in an inconspicuous area before recoating to determine compatibility with existing finish. Apply 2 or 3 coats of finish. See finish application instructions below.
   
2. APPLY FINISH: Mix gently before using. Apply at a rate of 800-1000 square feet per gallon. Use a clean, synthetic applicator. Apply thin, even coats with the grain of the wood. Allow a dry time of at least 1 hour between coats. Humid conditions will necessitate longer dry time. After the first coat has dried, apply a second coat. It may be necessary to screen the first coat if grain raising has occurred or it has dried longer than 4 hours. If so, screen the floor with a previously used 120 grit screen or brown or black pad. Always vacuum and tack thoroughly after screening.
   NOTE: Do not pour unused finish back into original container. For best results, use product within 1 year of purchase date.
   
3. MAINTAIN DAILY: Dust mop at least daily, or more as required, to keep floor dust and dirt free. Damp mop spills, salt residue, etc. with Nu-Tral Cleaner and a thoroughly wrung mop.
   
4. MAINTAIN WEEKLY: If soil conditions are heavy, auto-scrub weekly with red pads and a 2 ounce per gallon dilution of Nu-Tral Cleaner. Refer to the Wood Floor Care Wall Chart or Manual for further details.
   
5. RESTORATION: Dust mop floor. Auto-scrub with red pads with an 8 ounce per gallon dilution of Citrus Scrub ‘N Shine. Then dry burnish with recommended pad.

Application Hints

1. Satin Sport Kote^® should be gently mixed before application.
2. During application, make sure air handlers are OFF and doors are closed to eliminate flash drying. After the application is complete and the finish has skinned over, ventilation can be turned back on.
3. Satin Sport Kote^® can be applied over most existing finishes including oil-modified products. If uncertain, test in a small, inconspicuous area for compatibility first.
4. Under high humidity, dry times for Satin Sport Kote^® will vary greatly. Do not apply a second coat if the first coat is still tacky.
5. Two coats is usually sufficient on recoats. If a third coat is desired, make sure the previous coats are thoroughly dry before applying product.
