Refrigerated Rack - Wet

Clean wet rack in one-fourth sections on a rotating basis every week. This assures that the entire rack is cleaned monthly.


With Portable Cart Spray System

With Portable Cart Spray System:

Clean wet rack in one-fourth sections on a rotating basis every week. This assures that the entire rack is cleaned monthly.

  1. Move all produce to the cooler.

  2. Dismantle then foam with degreaser using Portable Cart Spray System.

  3. Scrub with a nylon brush.

  4. Rinse.

  5. Spray sanitize and let air dry.

  3. Rinse and sanitize with Quat Rinse.
