Slicer
DAILY:
- Be
sure electrical power is disconnected according to OSHA requirements.
- Completely
disassemble slicer by removing both the top and bottom guards. CAUTION:
When dismantling and cleaning, always wear a mesh glove.
- Disassembled
parts can be washed and sanitized in the sink.
- Clean
all parts of slicer housing using a bucket and brush. Be sure to clean
all crevices, handle and power switch. DO NOT pressure wash the motor
unit.
- Rinse
and sanitize thoroughly.
