Scale/Wrapper

DAILY:

  1. Water is not to be sprayed on wrapper. Clean by brushing off meat scraps followed by wiping down with a cloth containing Liquid Detergent. It is not necessary to sanitize the wrapper or housing.

  2. Sweep under the wrapper when cleaning the floor. DO NOT spray under this equipment.
