Tools, Equipment Parts and Knife Racks
- Soak
in hot degreaser solution in the multiple-compartment sink and wash.
- Rinse
in clean water, sanitize with Quat Rinse
and allow to air dry.
- Knives
should be soaked in hot Food Service Degreaser
solution in a lug or suitable tote and carefully washed in the sink.
- Rinse
in clean water, sanitize with Quat Rinse and allow to air dry.
CAUTION:
Do not put knives in sink with other parts
