Hand Tools, Equipment Parts and Knife Racks

  1. Soak in hot degreaser solution in the multiple-compartment sink and wash.

  2. Rinse in clean water, sanitize with Quat Rinse and allow to air dry.

  3. Knives should be soaked in hot Food Service Degreaser solution in a lug or suitable tote and carefully washed in the sink.

  4. Rinse in clean water, sanitize with Quat Rinse and allow to air dry.

    CAUTION: Do not put knives in sink with other parts
