Grinder/Grinder Mixer

1. Completely disassemble, foam down and clean with a nylon brush and bucket filled with degreaser. Be sure to clean the head, plate, worm, knife, castings, undersides and buttons.
   
   
2. Disassembled parts should be placed in a lug or sink filled with degreaser for later cleaning.
   
   
3. Spray sanitize after cleaning.
