DAILY:

  1. Be sure electrical power is disconnected according to OSHA requirements.

  2. Completely disassemble cuber by removing safety cover, blade assembly, combs and stub shaft seals.

  3. Disassembled parts can be washed and sanitized in the sink.

  4. Clean all parts of saw housing using a bucket and brush. Be sure to clean all undersides. DO NOT pressure wash the motor unit.

  5. Rinse and sanitize thoroughly.
