Floor
- Sweep
floor thoroughly, including the corners and along baseboards. Move
everything on wheels and other easily moved equipment to thoroughly
clean under and behind those areas.
- Foam
the floor thoroughly with Food Service Degreaser
solution. Allow the solution to remain on the floor for a few minutes
and scrub with a deck brush.
- Flush
the floor with hot water to the floor drain and squeegee, if necessary.

Spray sanitize the floor.
