Slicers
should be dismantled and cleaned with a nylon brush and bucket filled
with detergent every four hours during usage. Pay close attention
to crevices and corners. Spray sanitizer after cleaning.
CAUTION: When dismantling and cleaning, always wear a mesh glove.
