Three-Compartment Sink Guidelines

SANITIZING RINSE
Compartment 3

  1. Fill sink with warm Quat Rinse solution. Test solution concentration frequently. Change when it reads below 200 ppm.

  2. Remove items from rinse sink (Compartment 2) and submerge in sanitizing tank (Compartment 3) for five to ten minutes.

  3. Remove items from sanitizing rinse and invert on drain board. Let air dry - do not wipe.
