Hoods and Filters

1. Hood filters must be cleaned weekly. Wash with hot Food Service Degreaser solution. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry before replacing.
   
   
2. Cooking and oven hoods should be cleaned weekly with Food Service Degreaser.
