Display Cases - Inside

1. Clean display cases in sections on a rotating basis every week. This assures that the entire deli display case is cleaned monthly.
   
   
2. Be sure to move food to the cooler.
   
   
3. Scrub with Food Service Degreaser solution and a nylon brush. Rinse and sanitize with Quat Rinse.
