Hoods and Filters

1. Hood filters must be cleaned weekly. Wash in hot Food Service Degreaser solution. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry before replacing.
   
   
2. Donut and oven hoods should be cleaned weekly with Food Service Degreaser.
