Fryer and Sanitary Donut Machine
- The
fryer area should be policed by the person frying the donuts.
- The
fryer should be scraped down around the inside edge with a metal scraper.
Then, using a wet towel, wipe down the lid and body of the fryer.

The donut machine is cleaned by scraping off any remaining batter,
then washing with hot water.
- Grease
should be filtered frequently to maintain its quality.
