Donut Fryer and Sanitary Donut Machine

  1. The fryer area should be policed by the person frying the donuts.

  2. The fryer should be scraped down around the inside edge with a metal scraper. Then, using a wet towel, wipe down the lid and body of the fryer.

  3. The donut machine is cleaned by scraping off any remaining batter, then washing with hot water.

  4. Grease should be filtered frequently to maintain its quality.
