Hood Filters
Dishwashing Machine Method
- Once
a week, take the filters to the dishwashing machine after all dishes
are washed for the day. Make sure that filters will easily go through
the machine without jamming.
- Lay
each filter flat in a dish rack or on conveyor. Do not stack them.
Put each through the full wash and rinse cycle.
- Examine
each filter as it comes from the machine. If not thoroughly clean,
run it through again.
- Stack
filters on drain board until dry, then replace in the hood.
