Hand Washing

Wash hands with anti-bacterial soap, a nail brush and warm water before starting work, during work and as often as necessary to keep them clean. Proper hand washing is one of the most important elements of sanitation.

  1. Only use the sink designated for hand washing.
  2. Wash in water as hot as you can comfortably stand.
  3. Scrub briskly for at least 20 seconds.
  4. Wash up arms to elbows.
