Can I purchase products directly from Essential Industries?
All of our products are sold through an international network of distributors. If you would like to be considered for distribution in your area or you would like a listing of distributors in your area please call our customer service department at 800.551.9679 or e-mail them at customerservice@essind.com.


What is your turnaround time for order shipments?

In stock Essential Brand orders are shipped in two to three days.


What type of liability/insurance can I expect from Essential?
Essential maintains full insurance coverage up to $15,000,000. We also support our distributor network in case of a slip and fall claim through our expert witness program.


Are the floor care products I purchase under Essential Brand slip-resistant?
Yes. All of our floor care products including finishes, sealers, cleaners and restorers are UL Classified as to Slip Resistance and meet ASTM D2047. Refer to our floor safety area of our website for additional information.


Can you accommodate special product and/or packaging needs?
We would want to review with you what you’ve got in mind. Essential offers a full array of packaging options as well as product formulation capabilities.
