Turn off water supply before servicing. Disconnect when not in use.

  No Concentrate Draw

Solution
Concentrate container empty Replace with full container
Low water pressure Minimum 20 PSI (EU=25 PSI) with water running required to operate unit properly
Discharge tube and/or flooding ring not in place Push tube firmly onto eductor discharge hose barb, or replace tube if flooding ring is gone
Clogged water inlet strainer Disconnect inlet water line and clean strainer
 

 

  Heavy Foam in Discharge

Solution
Excessive water pressure Install regulator if pressure (with water flowing) exceeds 85 PSI
Air leak in chemical inlet tube assemble Replace pick-up assembly with kit
Poor vent seal (#9 on parts diagram) Replace vent seal
 

  Failure of Unit to Turn Off

 

Cause
Solution
Water valve parts dirty or defective Clean or replace with valve parts kit
Magnet doesn't fully return Make sure magnet moves freely
Excessive water pressure Install regulator if pressure (with water flowing) exceeds 85 PSI
